The 241 is shot and burns while landing. No 221, 233, 242, 214, 240, 234, 219 and 218 are involved with the only real dogfight with nine 109's. Beside the 241 no D.XXI's were lost, but many have damage. 3 Bf-109's were claimed of which 2 are confirmed. Two more 109's were damaged. * 10.05.40 Around 8:00 all D.XXI were damaged on the ground in a new German attack. 214 and 233 have so much damage that their parts are used to repair other aircraft. 1lt Huddleston Slater is injured and taken to hospital * 10.05.40 At 12:00 some 110's attack. There is much damage. Several buildings burn, Hangar Zuid where the 214 is stored is one of them.
